Most times when a problem occurs, it is a fairly simple 'to us' fix and as we want you to enjoy your system(s), please contact us for any reason as we most likely will have a solution for you, most times at no cost at all.   But if for whatever reason inside the first 30 days of purchasing your Hold It Mate System from this website you just need to return it, please return it to us postage paid to our address on your shipping label and we will gladly refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.  Just please remember to send a copy of your invoice so we know who to credit!    Sometimes a bad piece of hardware finds its way into retail packaging, or a product was dropped during delivery damaging an important part and is no ones fault at all - just an error or accident, we want you to be happy - so please help us help you before you decide to return a product.   I want to hear from you, so we can help you and learn ourselves if something doesn't seem right.
