Usually when a problem occurs, it is a fairly simple fix - to us. We want you to enjoy your system(s), so please contact us for any reason. We will likely have a solution, most times at no cost at all.
If for some reason, within the first 30 days of purchase from this website, you just need to return your Hold It Mate, you can return it to our address on the shipping label, and we will gladly refund your purchase price for brand new items, or a 20% restocking fee if opened as we can no longer sell them as new.
Please remember to send a copy of your invoice so we know who to credit.
Sometimes a bad piece of hardware finds its way into retail packaging or something is missing, or a product was damaged during delivery; and if this happens, let us know. We'll fix the issue quickly. We want you to be happy, so let us work with you before deciding to return a product. I want to hear from you, so we can help you and learn ourselves if something doesn't seem right.
